We are looking for a Florist Decorator/Labour to join our team at Keyansh Fresh Flowers And Balloons Decoration. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹12000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create custom floral arrangements for various events.

• Consult with clients to determine their floral decor needs and preferences.

• Select appropriate flowers and materials for arrangements.

• Set up and take down floral displays at event locations.

• Maintain floral displays to ensure they remain fresh and visually appealing.

• Collaborate with event planners and other vendors for seamless event coordination.

• Order flowers and supplies from wholesalers.

• Stay updated on floral design trends and techniques.

• Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.

• Manage budgets and invoices for floral projects.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
