We are looking for a Labour to join our team at Isha Consultants. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹90,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.

• Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary.

• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.

• Load/unload construction materials.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.

• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.

Overtime (OT): Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on hours worked

Total Potential Earnings: Up to ₹1,10,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Loading and unloading goods from trucks and containers.

Moving, sorting, stacking, and arranging warehouse materials.

Checking goods for damage and reporting discrepancies.

Packing and preparing goods for dispatch.

Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.

Following supervisor instructions and workplace safety procedures.

Working additional overtime when required.

Requirements

Physically fit and able to perform manual warehouse work.

Willing to work shifts and overtime.

Previous warehouse/loading experience is an advantage.

Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

Ability to follow safety and workplace instructions.

Salary & Overtime

Basic salary: ₹90,000 per month.

Overtime: Approximately ₹20,000 per month, based on actual overtime worked and applicable company rules.

Salary and OT are subject to the employment contract and Malaysian labour regulations.
