We are looking for a Labour to join our team at Beacon Optronics India Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹15,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.

• Help equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary.

• Prepare Plant by cleaning obstacles and hazards.

• Load/unload materials.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior Operators.

• Working Hours - 12 Hours

• Overtime will be paid for more than 12 hours working.

Job Requirements:

Anyone can Apply, No Education qualification required for this role and no experience required. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
