We are looking for a Inventory Executive to join our team at Meera Creations. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8000 - ₹19000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for fabrics, trims, accessories, WIP, and finished garments.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.

• Update inventory data regularly in ERP / inventory management systems or stock registers.

• Coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.

• Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and dispatch of finished goods.

• Ensure proper documentation for inward, outward, and stock transfers.

• Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.

• Follow company SOPs and internal control procedures at all times.

• Coordinate with production, merchandising, procurement, and accounts teams.

• Share daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports with management.

• Support accounts team during stock reconciliation and audits.

• Conduct regular physical stock checks, cycle counts, and monthly audits.

• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, shortages, or pilferage.

• Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and wastage.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
