Key Responsibilities & Duties

Installation Support: Assisting technicians in installing split, window, and central AC units, including positioning equipment and connecting components.
Maintenance & Cleaning: Cleaning filters, coils, and outdoor units to ensure system efficiency.
Material Handling: Transporting, loading, and organizing tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
Repair Assistance: Supporting gas charging, leak checking, and fixing minor issues.
Site Preparation: Preparing job sites, cleaning up after work, and disposing of old units.
Safety Adherence: Following all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
Education: 10th-12th pass.
Experience: Generally 0–2 years; entry-level, often on-the-job training.
Physical Strength: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
Skills: Basic knowledge of tools, punctuality, and a strong work
