Position: Helper

Department: Packing

Production / Manufacturing

Job Summary:

The Helper is responsible for assisting production and machine operators in daily manufacturing activities, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, handling materials, and supporting smooth production operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and technicians during production activities.

• Load and unload materials, tools, and finished goods.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.

• Support packing, labeling, and material handling activities.

• Follow safety instructions and company policies.

• Use safety equipment such as gloves, shoes, and aprons properly.

• Inform supervisors about any machine issues or material shortages.

• Help in shifting materials within departments.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.

• Support other departments whenever required.

Requirements:

• Basic reading and communication skills.

• Physically fit for manufacturing and material handling work.

• Willingness to learn and work in shifts if required.

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing or production environment is an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of safety practices in factory operations.
