Roles & Responsibilities

• Professionally manage counter operations, ensuring accurate billing and smooth transaction handling.

• Greet customers courteously, take orders efficiently, and provide menu guidance when required.

• Ensure timely and accurate serving of food and beverages as per brand service standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter, dining area, and service stations.

• Deliver a positive customer experience by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.

• Support team members during peak hours to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.
