Helper

We are looking for a Helper to join our team at Nem Fashion House India Llp. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹15,000.

Key Responsibilities:Material Movement: Loading, unloading, and shifting fabric rolls between departments

• Production Support: Assisting cutting masters with fabric layering (spreading) and organizing cut pieces into tagged bundles for the stitching line.

• Finishing & Packing: Trimming loose threads, folding finished textile goods neatly, and packing them into polybags or cartons for shipment.

• Floor Housekeeping: Cleaning machinery, sweeping work areas, and clearing away fabric scraps to prevent dust and stains on the materials.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
