Job Overview:-

Location: Jhansi

Qualification: 10+2 / Graduation /Diploma

Training Period: 15–30 Days (Based on Performance)

Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day

Working Days: 26/30 Days per Month (Contractual Role)

Interview Mode: Telephonic & On-Site

Salary & Compensation

Monthly Fixed Salary: 16,000/

Perks: Lodging + Conveyance + Food (Site-Based)

Accommodation Option: Company-provided lodging & conveyance

Probation Period: 6 Months (Post probation, salary revision applicable

Training Policy & Evaluation

Training Stipend Policy: The initial training period is considered a learning and

evaluation phase. Compensation will be applicable upon successful completion of

training. Early Completion Option: Training duration may be reduced based on

performance

Re-evaluation: One additional chance if candidate fails first assessment.
