Ground Coordinator

Key Responsibilities / Duties

1. Ground Preparation

• Cleaning the field area (removal of stones, debris and waste)

• Assisting in grass/turf cutting, brushing and leveling

• Watering the ground using pipe or sprinkler

• Spreading soil, sand and rubber granules as instructed

• Helping in preparing cricket pitch and playing surface

2. Turf Installation Work

• Assisting in laying artificial turf rolls

• Supporting joint fixing and turf pasting work

• Helping in line marking (cricket/football markings)

• Carrying, placing and fixing turf materials with the team

3. Maintenance Work

• Daily inspection of the ground condition

• Assisting in minor repair of damaged areas

• Supporting supervisor in operating maintenance machines

• Cleaning and safely storing tools and equipment

4. Site Support Activities

• Loading and unloading materials at site

• Working with team members as instructed

• Following supervisor instructions and safety guidelines

• Maintaining discipline and proper conduct at site

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 8th or 10th pass (basic reading ability preferred)

• Physically fit for outdoor field work

• Hardworking and responsible

• Willing to travel and stay outside city when required

• Comfortable working in a team

Preferred Experience (not mandatory):
Gardener, farm worker, construction helper, ground worker, landscaping worker or sports ground maintenance experience.
