Factory Labour

We are looking for a Factory Labour to join our team at Light Metals. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹15,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and care of equipment and machines.

• Load/unload construction materials.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.

• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and candidate must be a fresher. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
