Factory Labour

We are looking for a Factory Labour to join our team at Jain Associates. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist in GFRP bar production.

• Help equipment operators & other skilled labor when necessary.

• Load/unload construction materials.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.

• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

• Pack and handle finished GFRP bars properly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 3 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
