We are looking for a Factory Helper (Male) to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting machine operator, Packing the Material, Loading or providing material to machine and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹17,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate or Helping hand of machine operator.
Help packing, slitting machine helper etc
Maintain cleaning near to machine area
Load/unload raw or finished materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist main operator.
Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 3 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
