हम अपनी गारमेंट फैक्ट्री के लिए एक मेहनती और जिम्मेदार हेल्पर की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार को सीखने की इच्छा होनी चाहिए और दिए गए निर्देशों का सही तरीके से पालन करना आना चाहिए।

🔹 कार्य की जिम्मेदारियां:

• कपड़ों की जांच करना और यह सुनिश्चित करना कि उनमें कोई ढीला धागा, दाग, टूटा हुआ बटन या सिलाई की समस्या न हो।

• यह सुनिश्चित करना कि कपड़े गुणवत्ता मानकों और ग्राहक की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार तैयार किए गए हैं।

• दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार कपड़े (फैब्रिक) काटने में सहायता करना।

• तैयार कपड़ों को सावधानीपूर्वक बॉक्स में पैक करना।

• ऑर्डर को सही तरीके से पैक करके समय पर शिपमेंट के लिए तैयार करना।

• शिपमेंट भेजते समय डिलीवरी पार्टनर्स की सहायता करना।

• फैक्ट्री के दैनिक कार्यों और अन्य आवश्यक कामों में सहयोग करना।

• शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ और फैक्ट्री का काम करने में सक्षम हो।

• ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार और मेहनती हो।

• नए काम सीखने और निर्देशों का पालन करने के लिए तैयार हो।

• कपड़ों की जांच और पैकिंग करते समय बारीकी से काम करने की क्षमता हो।

• गारमेंट फैक्ट्री का अनुभव होना अच्छा है, लेकिन आवश्यक नहीं है।

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper to support our garment factory operations. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, follow instructions, and ensure garments are prepared correctly before shipment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Check garments for loose threads, stains, missing buttons, and stitching issues.

• Ensure garments meet quality standards and customer requirements.

• Cut fabric as per given instructions and requirements.

• Pack finished garments carefully into boxes for shipment.

• Ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.

• Assist delivery partners during shipment handover and dispatch activities.

• Support daily factory operations and other assigned tasks.

🔹 Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to handle factory-related work.

• Honest, responsible, and hardworking.

• Willing to learn new tasks and follow instructions carefully.

• Attention to detail while checking and packing garments.

• Prior experience in a garment factory is an advantage but not mandatory.
