We are hiring dedicated and hardworking Factory Helpers to join our team. In this role, you will support daily factory operations by assisting skilled workers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow on-site. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to perform physical tasks efficiently.

The role offers a monthly salary of ₹11000-₹13,000 (basic) with additional benefits like PF & ESIC, overtime pay, and bonuses. With overtime and incentives, the total monthly earnings can reach ₹18,000 – ₹20,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and skilled workers in daily tasks

• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and remove obstacles

• Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure timely completion of work

• Support in basic machine handling and material movement

• Adhere to all safety rules and workplace guidelines

• Help in general factory maintenance and housekeeping
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th pass

• Experience: 0–1 year (freshers can apply)

• Age: 18 years or above

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor

• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required

• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible
