Factory Helper – Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Helper to assist in daily factory operations and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining CNC machines, production equipment, and workstations.

• General factory cleaning, housekeeping, and maintaining cleanliness of the shop floor, office, and common areas.

• Assisting machine operators in loading, unloading, and handling materials during production.

• Operating machines as instructed after proper training and under supervision.

• Arranging, sorting, and storing raw materials, finished goods, and production tools in designated locations.

• Assisting in packing, labeling, and dispatching finished products.

• Moving materials and products within the factory using appropriate handling methods.

• Ensuring proper disposal of scrap material and maintaining a clutter-free work environment.

• Supporting inventory management by helping with material counting and stock arrangement.

• Following all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.

• Reporting machine issues, material shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors.

• Assisting in any other factory-related tasks assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Hardworking, sincere, and willing to learn.

• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Ability to perform physical work and lift materials when required.

• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

• Basic understanding of factory operations is preferred but not mandatory.

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
