Factory Helper

We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team at Astral Manpower Services. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors,following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist CNC Operators and Turners in production work.

-Load and unload materials.

-Move components between workstations.

-Help in packing and dispatch activities.

-Maintain cleanliness of the work area.

-Follow safety and quality procedures.

-Support supervisors in daily production tasks.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
