Job Description:
We're hiring a Construction Supervisor to oversee hotel construction projects in South Goa. If you have experience in managing construction sites and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and implement solutions
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
