We are looking for a Construction Labour to join our team at Alworon Infratech Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors in Civil House Construction, do mason and labor work, operating heavy machinery. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 18,000 - ₹ 22,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines day and night on the construction site
• Help equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
• Load/unload construction materials.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
