Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Doorstep Car Washer to provide professional vehicle cleaning services at customers' homes, offices, or designated locations. The ideal candidate will ensure every vehicle is cleaned to high-quality standards while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations as per the assigned scheduled.

• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, dashboard, and door panels.

• Clean windows, mirrors, tires, wheels, and trim.

• Apply polish, tire shine, or protective products when required.

• Inspect vehicles before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards.

• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools and materials.

• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and customer service standards.

• Report customer feedback, complaints, or vehicle damage immediately to the supervisor.

• Ensure punctuality and complete all assigned jobs within the scheduled time.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10th pass.

• Previous experience in car washing or detailing is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques and products.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift equipment for extended periods.

Working Hours

• 8 hour shifts (morning).

• Weekly off as per company policy.

• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

• Ensure zero damage to customer vehicles.
