· Lead, guide, and provide hands-on support to the maintenance team for all mechanical, and potentially related electrical/utility, systems.
· Execute and supervise routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance tasks on all production machinery (e.g., filling lines, packaging units, utilities).
· Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) to diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures on equipment.
· Direct and execute repairs to restore equipment to full operational status quickly and safely.
· Manage the entire lifecycle of spare parts, from identification of need to final usage.
· Generate accurate parts order requests based on breakdown analysis, consumption, and preventive maintenance schedules.
