The Retail Pharmacist will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders received through the online platform, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment in compliance with pharmaceutical guidelines.

The role involves reviewing and interpreting doctors’ prescriptions, verifying medication requirements, and assisting customers/patients with medicine-related queries. The pharmacist will coordinate with patients/customers for prescription validation, order confirmation, and issue resolution, while also maintaining inventory, monitoring stock availability, and ensuring proper storage of medicines.

Additionally, the candidate will work closely with internal teams and cross-functional departments such as operations, logistics, and customer support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of medicines, prescription handling, and excellent coordination and communication skills.
