We a Pharmacy group that believes that medicines are affordable however awareness about affordable

medicines, availability of the same, acceptance of the same due to lack of education make the customer

dearly. The reason for our existence is to address this significant issue and create a deep impact for the

What we are looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic Health Advisor to be our face at our stores and help us gain customer delight

via your experience and efforts and our training.

What you’ll be doing:

 Maintaining good relations with customers

 Be available from 2 pm to 11 pm at our stores

 Counselling the patients /customers on generic medicines

 Handling cash in billing counter and deposit in the bank

 Preparing customer billsin software

 Maintaining record for no stock items and follow-up the same with ASMs/Warehouse

 Checking patient’s prescriptions properly and suggesting medicines according

 Checking quantity, MRP, batch number and date of expiry of the received items from warehouse

before entering into software

 Conducting accurate weekly audit process

 Ensuring your learning curve is high at all times

 Ensuring that customer service is top of the game and as per our standards.
