Quality Control Microbiologists

Managing microbiology lab for essential FG and RM checks to be done in house. This will include product and environmental testing

Consistent Microbial analysis of processing, environment, raw material and finished product with outsourced Lab as per FSSAl or other relevant standards

• Monitoring Food Safety as per FSSC 22200 standards in food chain to minimize food safety risk by documentation, trainings and audits.

Monitoring GMP area wise by improving awareness in concerned persons and areas.

Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action

Assisting in Customer audits and following up on action to be taken Monitoring production process and ensuring yield control.

Drafting and understanding all steps of documentation for attaining new

certifications, and renewing already attained certificates by the company.

Effectively monitoring personal hygiene and also implement good techniques amongst staff members

To be updated with evolving testing standards and requirements
