Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior QC Chemist to manage quality control activities in our plant. The candidate will be responsible for sample preparation, testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, along with proper documentation and supplier-side inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare samples and conduct routine QC tests as per SOP
• Perform analysis using basic lab instruments (pH meter, titration, etc.)
• Maintain accurate test records, reports, and QC documentation
• Ensure all materials and products meet quality standards
• Visit supplier plants for pre-dispatch inspection of materials
• Coordinate with production and purchase team for quality-related matters
• Maintain lab hygiene, safety, and equipment calibration records
