Key Responsibilities

• Perform sample collection (phlebotomy) while following proper safety and hygiene protocols.

• Ensure accurate labelling, handling, and transportation of collected samples to the laboratory.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards at collection sites.

• Actively participate in health camps and field activities to promote diagnostic services.

• Support field marketing activities, including leaflet distribution and patient awareness initiatives.

• Build and maintain good relationships with patients and local healthcare providers.

Required Qualifications

• DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of sample collection procedures and laboratory protocols.

• Comfortable working in health camps and field promotional activities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain accuracy, hygiene, and safety standards during sample collection.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with experience in diagnostics or healthcare industry will be preferred.

• Willingness to travel locally for camps and promotional activities.
