Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Phlebotomist who will be responsible for both sample collection and promoting diagnostic services through field activities and health camps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct blood sample collection with accuracy while following safety and hygiene protocols.

• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of collected samples.

• Maintain cleanliness and quality standards at collection sites.

• Actively participate in health camps and field drives to promote diagnostic services.

• Engage in promotional activities such as leaflet distribution and awareness campaigns.

• Build and maintain relationships with patients and clients.

Required Qualifications:

• DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. MLT

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of sample collection techniques and laboratory procedures

• Comfortable with fieldwork, camp activities, and promotions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage both technical and sales responsibilities

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel locally for camps and field activities

• Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
