We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Phlebotomist responsible for accurate blood sample collection using venipuncture and capillary techniques, ensuring proper patient identification, labeling, and documentation. The role involves maintaining hygiene and infection control standards, minimizing sample errors and rejection, coordinating with the logistics/rider team for timely sample dispatch, and supporting home collections and health camps. Candidates should have DMLT/MLT certification, good vein identification skills, strong patient-handling abilities, and willingness to travel and work flexible shifts; prior experience of 6 months to 2 years is preferred
