⏰ Shift Timing (Split Shift)

• 10:00 AM – 02:00 PM

• 05:00 PM – 08:00 PM

💰 Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000/- In-Hand Salary

• PF & ESIC Benefits

• Approx. CTC: ₹18,000/-

• ₹100/- Per Day Split Shift Allowance

📝 Job Responsibilities

• Work as a Medical Assistant in assigned OPD clinics.

• Assist doctors during patient consultations and clinical procedures.

• Perform blood sample collection following standard protocols.

• Conduct IgE Rapid Check Tests (complete training will be provided).

• Educate patients on the correct use of nasal spray and prescribed devices.

• Coordinate with NeoDocs Diagnostics and Cipla teams.

• Maintain patient records and complete documentation accurately.

• Follow infection control protocols and ensure clinic hygiene.

• Deliver professional, compassionate, and patient-focused healthcare services.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• DMLT / MLT / Phlebotomy Certification preferred.

• Minimum 6 months of blood collection experience preferred.

• Freshers with strong practical knowledge are also welcome.

• Good communication and patient-handling skills.

• Professional attitude with willingness to work in a clinical environment.
