We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates for the position of Phlebotomist – Home Collection & Field Marketing.

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: BMLT / DMLT

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of blood collection techniques and sample handling.

• Willingness to travel for home collection and field marketing.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients at their homes.

• Ensure proper sample collection, labelling, handling, and transportation.

• Promote diagnostic services to doctors, clinics, and potential customers.

• Develop professional relationships with doctors and referral partners.

• Conduct field marketing activities to generate home collection bookings.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹8,000–₹18,000

• Travel Allowance: Provided

• Salary based on experience and skills.
