Job Title: Home Collection Phlebotomist

Location: BANGALORE
Shift: Morning /
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Home Collection Phlebotomist to collect blood and other samples from patients at their homes, ensure proper handling of samples, and deliver them safely to the laboratory while maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit patients’ homes for blood and sample collection as per daily schedule

• Perform venipuncture and other sample collections following safety protocols

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples

• Maintain hygiene, infection control, and biomedical waste disposal standards

• Update patient details and collection status in system/app

• Handle patients politely and provide basic instructions if required

• Coordinate with lab and operations team for timely sample delivery

• Upsell tests/packages if instructed by management (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Certification/Diploma in Phlebotomy or MLT preferred

• Minimum 1 year experience in blood sample collection (home collection preferred)

• Good vein puncture skills and patient handling

• Knowledge of sample handling and safety guidelines

• Ability to use mobile apps for reporting

• Must own two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)

• Willing to travel within assigned area

• Punctual and reliable

• Good communication skills

• Flexible with shift timings and locations
