Job Title: Home Collection Phlebotomist

Location: Ghaziabad (Local areas)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit patients’ homes for blood sample collection as per scheduled appointments

• Ensure proper venipuncture techniques and patient comfort

• Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly

• Proper labeling, packing, and transportation of samples to the lab

• Maintain accurate collection records and reports

• Handle patients professionally and resolve basic queries

• Coordinate with the operations and lab team for timely pickups

Eligibility & Requirements:

• DMLT / BMLT / Certificate in Phlebotomy (mandatory)

• Minimum 1 year experience in home collection preferred

• Must own a two-wheeler with valid Driving License

• Good knowledge of vacutainers and sample handling

• Basic knowledge of mobile apps / WhatsApp

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

• Candidate should be resident of Ghaziabad or nearby areas

Shift & Timings:

• Morning / General shift (as per operational requirement)
