Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized tests (hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, etc.).
Operate and maintain lab equipment and instruments.
Prepare and process clinical specimens.
Analyze test results and document findings accurately.
Ensure quality control and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: B.Sc. in Chemistry, B.Sc. MLT, or M.Sc. MLT.
Experience in a laboratory setting is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and team-oriented mindset.
