Job Title: Lab Testing Executive / Laboratory Technician (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated fresher to join our laboratory testing team. The candidate will assist in conducting routine laboratory tests, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in performing routine laboratory tests and experiments as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Collect, label, and prepare samples for testing and analysis

Operate basic laboratory instruments and equipment

Record observations, test results, and maintain proper documentation and reports

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the laboratory

Follow quality control and safety guidelines at all times

Support senior lab staff in daily laboratory activities

Report any equipment malfunction or abnormal test results to seniors

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Diploma in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Physics) or related field

Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and safety norms

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word for data entry)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Internship or project experience in a laboratory

Familiarity with basic lab equipment (microscope, centrifuge, pipettes, etc.)

Experience

Fresher / Entry-Level (0–1 year)

Work Environment

Laboratory-based role

May require working in shifts depending on operational needs
