Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine chemical and physical testing of milk, dairy products

• Perform analysis of parameters such as fat, SNF, protein, moisture, acidity, pH, salt, density, and total solids, as applicable.

• Conduct quality testing of dairy products including cheese, mozzarella, cream cheese, butter, ghee, and other processed dairy products. Or should have learning ability .

• Perform adulteration and quality checks on incoming raw materials and milk.

• Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents, solutions, and chemicals according to approved procedures.

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as pH meter, analytical balance, moisture analyzer, milk analyzer, titration equipment, spectrophotometer, and other QC instruments.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, HACCP, food-safety, and laboratory safety procedures.

• Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D, and other departments for quality-related activities.

  Required Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or a related discipline.
