Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure product quality as per company standards
Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
Maintain proper documentation and quality records
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO standards
Handle internal audits and support external audits
Identify quality issues and take corrective & preventive actions
Coordinate with production team to maintain quality parameters
Perform basic lab testing and analysis
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed in the plant
Work in Packaged Drinking Water Unit

✔️ RO & UV Monitoring
✔️ BIS and FSSAI Compliance
✔️ Lab Operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry or related field
1–3 years of experience in Quality (FMCG/Beverage preferred)
Knowledge of quality standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO)
Good communication and documentation skills
Attention to detail
