We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our Clinical Operations team. Key Responsibilities

As a CRA, you will be involved in supporting and coordinating various aspects of clinical research activities, including:

• Support clinical trial activities and ensure study processes are conducted as per the protocol, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with study sites, investigators, internal teams, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in site communication, study follow-ups, documentation, and trial-related activities.

• Review and maintain essential clinical trial documentation and study records.

• Track study progress, timelines, pending activities, and site-related deliverables.

• Support preparation and review of study reports, trackers, presentations, and clinical research documents.

• Assist in identifying and following up on study-related queries, deviations, and action items.

• Ensure timely communication and escalation of study-related issues to the appropriate team members.

• Maintain accurate records while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Medical Writing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Data Management, and Biostatistics.

• Participate in internal training and continuously develop knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical research practices.

• Strong in English communication – written and verbal

• Comfortable with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Familiar with or willing to learn ICH-GCP, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements

• Analytical, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks

• A quick learner with a proactive and positive approach
