Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process and finished food products.
Conduct rigorous quality checks on all incoming raw ingredients (e.g., grains, flours, pulses) to ensure they meet purchase specifications for factors such as moisture content, foreign matter, and potential contamination.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and ensure compliance with standards.
Analyze quality control test results and prepare reports for finished goods (atta, maida, sattu, sooji, besan, spices)
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
