Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize formulations for dental materials and chemical products.
Conduct chemical and physical testing of raw materials and finished products.
Ensure all products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry specifications.
Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
Perform stability studies and shelf-life evaluations for dental materials.
Collaborate with production, QA, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues.
