Capsule Operator

Qualification

• 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Preferred)

• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical production is mandatory.

• Knowledge of GMP, cGMP, SOP, and safety guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the A40 Filling Machine and/or SA9 Capsule Filling Machine.

• Perform machine setup, startup, and product changeovers.

• Ensure accurate filling as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).

• Carry out in-process quality checks and maintain product quality.

• Perform line clearance before and after production.

• Clean and sanitize machines as per SOP.

• Record production details and maintain all documentation accurately.

• Identify and report machine faults or production deviations.

• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance departments.

• Achieve daily production targets while minimizing wastage.

• Follow GMP, cGMP, SOP, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with A40 Filling Machine and/or SA9 Capsule Filling Machine.

• Knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.

• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

• Ability to read and follow BMR, BPR, and SOPs.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and quality.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

• Hands-on experience operating A40 Filling Machine and/or SA9 Capsule Filling Machine.
