Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of targets and fostering a supportive team culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue goals.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance through KPIs, provide actionable feedback, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Training & Development: Deliver ongoing training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify new opportunities for business growth.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Reporting: Generate and present sales reports and insights to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and future strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales leadership or team supervisory role; experience in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services, along with market dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
