Web Developer / UI-UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Shopify Web Developer who can own, optimize, and scale our Shopify website for performance, conversion, and stability. The role involves hands-on development, theme customization, app integrations, and close collaboration with marketing, design, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify & Shopify Plus stores

Customize Shopify themes (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Improve site speed, UX, and conversion rate (CRO)

Integrate and manage Shopify apps (reviews, loyalty, subscriptions, bundles, checkout, etc.)

Implement custom features without over-dependency on apps

Ensure mobile-first responsiveness across all pages

Integrate third-party tools: GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Razorpay, Shiprocket, CRM

Fix bugs, handle downtime issues, and ensure website stability during high traffic

Maintain SEO best practices (schema, page speed, clean URLs)

Coordinate with designers to convert Figma designs into live pages

Ensure data accuracy for inventory, pricing, taxes, and collections

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Shopify & Liquid

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

Experience with Shopify APIs & custom apps

Knowledge of Shopify performance optimization

Experience with theme customization from scratch

Understanding of checkout flows & payment gateways

Strong debugging & problem-solving skills
