Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web applications, dashboards, portals, and internal tools.

• Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.

• Improve usability, navigation, information architecture, and overall user experience.

• Incorporate stakeholder feedback into design iterations.

• Develop and maintain consistent design systems and reusable UI components.

Front-End Development

• Dashboard & Workflow Development

• Design and develop workflow-driven interfaces for business and operational processes.

• Build dashboards providing visibility into project status, approvals, documentation, quality checks, and workflow progress.

• Develop role-based experiences for management, internal teams, customers, and vendors.

• Convert complex operational data into clear and actionable visual experiences.

Graphic Design & Visual Communication

• Create presentations, process diagrams, product visuals, icons, infographics, and other digital assets.

• Support business, operations, sales, marketing, and leadership teams with visual communication requirements.

• Maintain consistency with established brand and design guidelines.

Collaboration & Quality

• Work with Operations, Design, Supply Chain, Quality, and Management teams to understand requirements.

• Translate business and operational challenges into practical digital solutions.

• Participate in testing, QA reviews, UAT, and feedback cycles.

• Maintain documentation for user flows, designs, design systems, and development updates.

• Follow coding, UI, documentation, and version-control standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX Design and Front-End Development.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• React.js

• TypeScript

• Next.js

• Vite

• JavaScript

• HTML5

• CSS3

• Strong proficiency in Figma.

• Tailwind CSS

• ShadCN UI

• Radix UI

• Framer Motion

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Photoshop

• Webflow

• Framer

• Motion design and micro-interactions

• Experience with ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, quality, or workflow platforms.
