We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance. The role involves handling support tickets, troubleshooting product-related issues and bugs, assisting with system setups and configurations, and ensuring timely resolution of client queries. The candidate will work closely with internal technical and development teams to resolve complex issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Provide technical support to existing Kit19 clients through calls, email, and remote assistance.
Handle, track, and resolve support tickets within defined timelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, bugs, errors, and technical problems.
Assist clients with system setup, software installation, configuration, and onboarding.
Understand client issues and provide step-by-step technical guidance.
