Job Description:
Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and customers to keep work running smoothly.
Arrange materials and resources needed for the job.
Help the HOD review technical documents for product approval and purchase.
Organize product inspections and prepare PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection) documents.
Maintain the team’s Daily Progress Report (DPR).
Plan team travel and keep track of travel expenses.
Prepare simple technical drawings using PowerPoint, Visio, or AutoCAD.
Communicate with different departments to coordinate work.
Keep records and prepare team performance reports (KRA/KPI).
