• Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve targets.

• Set team goals and monitor individual performance.

• Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

• Coach team members and provide performance feedback.

• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.

• Handle team conflicts, escalations, and disciplinary matters.

• Track team KPIs and prepare performance reports.

• Coordinate with management on team performance and requirements.

Basic Requirements

• 1-5 years of proven experience in a Team Lead- Telesales/Field sales

• Mandatory: Previous Team Lead experience in the IT and Digital Marketing sales sector.

• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team.

• Experience in setting and achieving team targets and KPIs.

• Strong performance-management and people-management skills.

• Experience handling team escalations and conflicts.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to conduct team meetings, reviews, and coaching sessions.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and team performance reporting.

• Graduate in any discipline.
