Job Summary:

Tech Earth Global Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead to manage and guide a team, achieve targets, monitor performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate team members.

• Assign tasks and monitor daily performance.

• Ensure team targets and deadlines are achieved.

• Train and guide team members when required.

• Handle team issues and escalations.

• Track productivity and prepare basic reports.

• Coordinate with management for smooth operations.

• Maintain a positive and productive team environment.

Basic Requirements

• 1–6 years of experience in a Team Lead / Supervisor role.

• Mandatory: Previous experience in the IT sector.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Ability to handle pressure and manage a team effectively.
