Job Title: Software Engineer (With Interest in Mentoring)

About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer who doesn’t just write code but understands why it’s being written. Someone who takes ownership, thinks in systems, and has genuine interest in guiding junior developers.
If you only want tickets and no responsibility, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications
Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Review code and enforce coding standards
Debug performance issues and improve system efficiency
Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and structured guidance
Contribute to documentation and technical knowledge sharing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, C#, etc.)
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
Experience with REST APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience mentoring interns or junior engineers
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
