We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Software Developer Fresher to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to contribute to the design, coding, testing, and maintenance of our software applications.
This is an entry-level position designed to jumpstart your career. You will receive hands-on mentorship, exposure to the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the opportunity to build a solid foundation in modern technologies and software engineering best practices.
Coding & Development: Write clean, structured, and maintainable code under supervision, adhering to the company’s internal coding standards and documentation guidelines.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in code testing, write basic unit tests, and assist in identifying, tracking, and debugging software glitches or system performance issues.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with product managers and senior engineers to understand product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and release notes to support future development projects.
Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions, code reviews, and tech talks to continuously improve your technical skill set and adapt to new frameworks.
