Job Title: Laravel Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Laravel Developer who can work with both legacy and modern Laravel codebases. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Laravel development, experience upgrading and migrating older Laravel projects to newer versions, and the ability to maintain and improve existing systems. The developer should also be comfortable using AI tools and AI agents to improve development productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Laravel-based web applications.

- Work with existing legacy Laravel codebases and implement improvements.

- Migrate and upgrade older Laravel applications to the latest stable Laravel versions.

- Refactor and modernize legacy code while maintaining system stability.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement efficient solutions.

- Integrate APIs and third-party services when required.

- Collaborate with the team to design scalable backend architecture.

- Use AI tools and AI agents to improve development efficiency and automation.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Follow proper coding standards and version control practices.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience with Laravel Framework.

- Solid knowledge of PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and REST API development.

- Experience working with legacy Laravel projects and upgrading them to newer versions.

- Good understanding of database design, migrations, and query optimization.

- Familiarity with Git version control.

- Ability to analyze and refactor large codebases.

- Experience using AI development tools and AI agents for coding assistance.

- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with queue systems, caching, and performance optimization.

- Knowledge of Docker or server deployment.

- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js / React) is a plus.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
